Istanbul: Chelsea won the Champions League 2021 after defeating Manchester City in the final. The team from London was considered to be the underdogs in this year's final, but Thomas Tuchel's men had other plans, they defeated City courtesy of a goal by Kai Havertz.

Havertz, from Germany who scored on the night of the final, was not able to control his emotions after the final win and used the F-word while giving a post-match interview on BT Sport. The incident took place when Havertz was asked about his price tag at Chelsea football club.

The BT Sports reported said, "There's been a lot of pressure on you as the most expensive Chelsea player ever, you've paid it all back in one night really..." to which Havertz replied by saying, "To be honest right now I don't give a f**k about that, we've just won the f****ng Champions League!"

Captain Cesar Azpilicueta joined the interview and shared a big laugh when Havertz came up with the antics. Coach Thomas Tuchel was on top of the moon as well after the win.

"It was an incredibly tough fight, what a fight. Today they were determined to win this. We wanted to be the stone in their shoe," Tuchel was quoted as saying to BT Sport by AFP.

"The effort was huge. We overcame some difficult moments and had a fantastic attitude to defending."
