Over the years, Virat has lived a very strict life as he is extremely careful of what he eats to maintain an absolutely perfect physique. The rigorous discipline and professionalism has helped the RCB legend improve his performance as a player. However, even Virat, one of the fittest cricketers in current times, was a big-time party animal and foodie in his older days and was quick to admit it during a fun Q&A session at the Indian Sports Honours red carpet.

On the red carpet of Indian Sports Honours, Virat Kohli, who was accompanied by his wife Anushka Sharma, shared a hilarious anecdote about his old habits while participating in an interesting rapid-fire round.

Virat and Anushka were asked, "Who is more likely to steal the dance floor?" To which, Anushka pointed towards Kohli.

Kohli, shocked by Anushka's gesture, then asked , "Me"? "Steal the dance floor?" replied Anushka.

Virat Kohli then got candid and shared an interesting tale from his old days. "I don't drink anymore but back in the day, party mein ghus ke agar do drink ho gayi toh, phir yes (If I had two drinks after going to a party, then yes [most likely to steal the dance floor). Take over matlab to a point where people don't want me there. I don't care then, do-teen drink ke baad (after two-three drinks). Not anymore, back in the day, yes," he said."

Virat Kohli will return to action in 2023 season of Indian Premier League (IPL 2023). Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will kick-off their IPL 2023 campaign with a high-octane match against Mumbai Indians on April 2 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.
