The 11th match of Indian Premier League (IPL 2023) will be played between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on Saturday (April 8). Delhi Capitals, who lost their first two matches in this year's tournament, aim to get their first win of the tournament against Sanju Samson's RR. Meanwhile, Manish Pandey replaced Prithvi Shaw in Delhi Capitals' playing XI to make his debut for the franchise. As DC captain David Warner announced his inclusion, Manish scripted history, joining the likes of Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni in an elite list.

The 33-year-old right-handed batter has featured in all 16 seasons of Indian Premier League (IPL) till date. He was acquired by Delhi Capitals for INR 2.40 crore in the IPL mini-auction that took place in Kochi in 2020.


The Karnataka-born has played a total of 160 matches in the IPL for teams like Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Pune Warriors India, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants, scoring a total of 3648 runs. He is at 16th position in the list of highest run scorers in the history of Indian Premier League (IPL).


Manish Pandey becomes 7th player to play at least one match in every season of IPL, thus far


Manish Pandey, who started his Indian Premier League (IPL) career with Mumbai Indians in 2008, is now among the only seven players to play at least one match in every season of IPL thus far. 


Delhi Capitals skipper David Warner won the toss and invited Rajasthan Royals to bat first.
