ICC Champions Trophy 2017: Yuvraj Singh misses India's practice session
New Delhi: The Indian cricket team was given a major scare ahead of their warm-up match against New Zealand on Sunday after star all-rounder Yuvraj Singh did not turn up for the practice session at the Lords cricket ground. The stylish southpaw was the only member to skip the session; rest of the Virat Kohli led Indian side toiled hard in two-hour training. According to reports in Mumbai Mirror, Yuvraj was down with illness and Indian team management expects him to be fit in a day’s time. However, it is still unclear whether the 35-year-old will feature during India’s warm-up game against New Zealand. Virat Kohli led side will take on New Zealand on Sunday at the Oval before facing Bangladesh two days later. India’s title defense begins on June 4 as the ‘Men in Blue’ take on Pakistan in a high-voltage encounter in Birmingham
