One of the football's brightest stars Cristiano Ronaldo scored a stunning free-kick goal in the Saudi Pro League to help his side to a comeback from behind victory. Notably, Al-Nassr had conceded a 26th minute goal with Abdulfattah Adam scoring for Abha and were eyeing a defeat with the match well into the final final 15 minutes, however, Ronaldo found the back of the net from a 35-yard free kick that brought back life into the match, especially for Al-Nassr fans.

The goal was similar to many such free kicks that Ronaldo has scored from in the course of his legendary career and CR7 fans simply just couldn't keep calm after his goal. After his strike, his team was awarded a penalty through which Talisca scored in the 86th minute and ensured that Ronaldo-led side clinch all three points from this match.

Despite Al-Nassr's 2-1 win in this match, they continue to trail table toppers Al-Ittihad by 1 point. But the 38-year-old would be determined to help them win the league in his first season with the club. Al-Ittihad also had their league game on Saturday and while Ronaldo's men had to struggle to get those three points on the board, it was a rather convincing win for their rivals Al-Ittihad who registered a 5-1 win over Al Fateh.

Morocco's Abderrazak Hamdallah netted a hat-trick for Al-Ittihad as they dominated the match right from the start to the end. Ahmed Sharahili and Igor Coronado were the other goal-scorers for the winning team. For the sixth-placed Al Fateh, Mourad Batna scored the solitary goal in the 41st minute.
