Premier League 2023/24: Manchester City starlet Phil Foden has been named as the Premier League 2023/24 Player Of The Year. the English superstar has recorded his best-ever footballing season, and has beaten the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Halaand, Ollie Watkins, Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Alexander Isak, and 'Cold' Cole Palmer for the elusive award. Phil Foden has now won the Premier League Young Player Of The Year and Premier League Player Of The Year award in his young career.

Phil Foden, with win, has now helped Manchester City lay domination over the 'Premier League Player of the Season' award as he becomes the 5th consecutive winner from the club, with the last four awards being won by Kevin De Bruyne (2019/20, 2021/22), Ruben Dias (2020/21), and Erling Haaland (2022/23).

Phil Foden has been a gem of a found for Manchester City ever since he came up the ranks from the club academy. The Englishman grew his prominence in the side season after season, and after becoming an undisputed starter, he has now become arguably their biggest match winner this season. “To win this award is an achievement that I am extremely proud of. The Premier League is acknowledged as the greatest league in the world, and it is a pleasure to have been nominated with so many other great players who have all enjoyed special seasons for their clubs. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the way I have played this season and really pleased that I have been able to contribute with the goals and assists throughout the season," said Phil Foden, via the official club website of Manchester City.

“I’d like to thank all of the City staff, coaches and especially my teammates because without them this wouldn’t be possible. And I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who voted for me as the award means a lot,” he added.
