Lionel Messi's First Inter Miami Hat-Trick: Lionel Messi has enjoyed a sensational return from injury, as the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner scores consecutive hat-tricks for the first time since November 2014 by scoring an 11-minute hat-trick in Inter Miami's sensational 6-2 win vs New England in their Major League Soccer 2024 fixture.

Lionel Messi last scored consecutive hat-tricks during his time at FC Barcelona, with the feat coming against APOEL in UEFA Champions League, followed by hat-trick against Sevilla in La Liga.

'La Pulga' repeated the feat by scoring 3 against Bolivia, and 3 against New England in Inter Miami's final league game of the season. What makes his 11-minute even more sensational is the fact that Lionel Messi did not even start the game and came on as a substitute in the 58th minute.
