Barcelona vs Porto HIGHLIGHTS: It wasn't a straightforward convincing victory that FC Barcelona would have ideally aspired for. Barca were made to toil hard but eventually they came back from behind to register a 2-1 win over FC Porto. The result means they have now sealed a place for themselves in the knockout stage of the competition and this will be their maiden appearance in the business end of the tournament under Xavi Hernandez.

The La Liga giants need just one point to emerge as the Group H winners, courtesy of their gritty performance in the Barcelona vs Porto fixture at the Montjuïc Olympic Stadium. While it was Porto who took the lead with the help of Pepe's 30th minute goal, Barcelona first equalised with the helo of Joao Cancelo's 32nd minute strike before Joao Felix scored the winner in the 57th minute. The three points from this match have secured Blaugrana's presence in the knockouts with a match to go.

Barcelona's Focus Now Turns To La Liga

As a result of the win in the Barcelona vs Porto, UEFA Champions League fixture, the immediate focus of the Catalan giants will turn to La Liga where they find themselves fourth on the table with couple of crucial fixtures coming their way. Barcelona have 31 points from 14 matches and while they will first be up against Atletico de Madrid who are third on the table, they will then take on Girona who are currently sitting at the second place on the domestic league table.

Porto, too, meanwhile, will head back to their domestic Portuguese league. They have a match against FC Famalicao lined up before a fixture against GD Estoril Praia. Porto are third on the Liga Portugal table with 25 points from 11 matches.
