ICC Women's World Cup: The Indian team looked ordinary in the first innings of the INDW vs ENGW match at the Women's Cricket WC. After winning two matches and entering the top 3 in the points table of the World Cup, India faces a setback.

India women were all-out for 134 runs. Opening batter, Smriti Mandhana was the top scorer for India with 35 runs. Except for Mandhana, only Harmanpreet Kaur crossed the single-digit score among India's top 6. From scoring 317 against West Indies women in the previous match to this debacle in batting, team India is truly an unpredictable side.

Wicket-keeper Richa Ghosh is tried to give a fight in the middle-order but failed. She scored 33 runs in 56 balls.

England women had lost three games in a row before coming into this match and are lagging behind at the seventh spot in the points table. England lost against Australia, South Africa, and West Indies women. A loss today against India would dent their hopes of retaining the ICC Women's World Cup.

Off-break bowler, Charlotte Dean was the pick of the bowlers for England. She picked up four wickets which included the priced wickets of Harmanpreet Kaur and Sneh Rana.

Meanwhile, Jhulan Goswami and Richa Ghosh are trying to stitch a strong 8th-wicket partnership. Their goal would be to take India's score to a respectable total. India has a strong bowling unit that has it in them to defend smaller totals.

We will update the story as the innings unfolds.
