Fans all over the world have been keeping an eye on Rishabh Pant's recovery ever since his near-fatal car accident in December last year. Team India's most lethal wicketkeeper-batter emerged as one of team's most dependable players in all three formats, given the rich talent he possesses and now everyone wants him back on the cricket field and in the national side as soon as possible. Pant, who is on the road to recovery, missed a few important assignments in past few months and is set to miss the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 and 2023 ODI World Cup tournaments.

Pant keeps sharing posts on social media to keep his fans updated about his health and day-to-day activities. On Thursday, Pant posted his exercise video where he can be seen lifting weights. Along with the video, he wrote a caption: "You get what you work for, not what you wish for".

Pant is currently working on his rehab at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) Bangalore as fans eagerly wait for his comeback. Earlier this month, Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) committee headed by Shyam Sharma and Harish Singla met Pant in Bangalore.

Post meeting Pant, Sharma said that his recovery process is going well so far and was hopeful that the Delhi batter will be back on the field as soon as possible.

"He is doing well in his recovery and now he is a lot better. There is a big question about his comeback as it takes time but I hope he will be back on the field as soon as possible," Shyam told ANI.
