MS Dhoni viral pic: A die-hard fan shared a picture of legendary Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, in which the veteran can be seen posing for a candid picture in Jharkhand's Ranchi. Usually, Dhoni makes headlines for breaking records or anything that's related to his achievements on the cricketing field, however, this time, it is captain cool's unique attire that has managed to grab attention of fans on social media. A picture posted by a fan on social media features 'Thala' MS Dhoni, sporting a white beard, posing with his brother and friends while wearing a 'colourful attire'.

Reacting to Dhoni's 'unconventional avatar', netizens were quick to draw parallels with Indian film industry's megastar Ranveer Singh, who is loved among fans for his unique fashion identity.
MS Dhoni had a very successful IPL campaign. Chennai Super Kings, led by MS Dhoni defeated Gujarat Titans by 5 wickets in the final of IPL 2023 and won the IPL title for record-equaling fifth time. By virtue of this win, Dhoni became the oldest captain to win T20 and IPL titles. Dhoni won his career's latest IPL title (IPL 2023) at the age of 41 years and 326 days.
The veteran is on the road to recovery after undergoing a knee surgery in Mumbai.If all goes well, Dhoni might return to play next year's IPL as well.
"Yes, Dhoni has had a successful knee surgery at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai on Thursday. He is doing fine and the surgery happened in the morning. I don't have details. I am yet to get all the details about the nature of surgery and other things," CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan confirmed to PTI.
"He will be discharged in a day or two. He would be resting for a few days before his extensive rehabilitation starts. It is now expected that he would have enough time to get fit to play in the next IPL," another source close to CSK management told PTI on conditions of anonymity.
