'Chokers At Their Best': Netizens React As Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma Fall Cheaply In IND vs PAK T20 World Cup Clash
Social Media Reactions On IND vs PAK, T20 World Cup Clash: Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma fell early prompting mainly disappointing reactions from social media.

India have not got off to the kind of start that they would have liked in their T20 World Cup 2024 clash against arch-rivals Pakistan at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York on Sunday (June 9). While Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first, India also looked positive with Rohit Sharma smashing a six to get 8 runs off the first over.
However, rain which had earlier returned the start of play returned and when it resumed India lose both their experienced batters and openers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in quick succession.
While Kohli failed to time a ball going away properly to hand an easy catch at point after he hit the first ball he faced for a boundary, falling to Naseem Shah for 4 off 3, Rohit tried to play a similar pick up shot that had fetched him a six earlier but could not find the middle of that and found the man guarding the leg side field to depart for 13 off 12.
Post the early wickets, netizens have taken to social media to share their disappointment with some even going on to term India as chokers.

India Promote Axar Patel In Batting Order
The early wickets has prompted a change in India's batting order with Axar Patel being sent above the likes of Suryakumar Yadav. Rishabh Pant walked in at number 3 and the two left-handers would look to bail India out of a troubled situation reeling at 19/2 after 2.4 Overs.
