Bengaluru: Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first in the second Test match at Bengaluru on Saturday. The Indian side managed to reach 72/2 at the end of first session.


Australian pacer Mitchell Starc struck early to dismiss Abhinav Mukund, who returned to starting line-up after 7-year wait. While Cheteshwar Pujara give away his wicket just before the lunch break.


KL Rahul had a decent session as he managed to score 48 runs. India skipper Virat Kohli will be the next man to come in after both sides return from the lunch break.
