Cape Town Test: India 76/4 at lunch on Day 2
Cape Town [South Africa], Jan 6 (ANI): India managed a low total of 76 runs for the loss of four wickets at lunch on Day Two of the first Test against South Africa at Newlands, on Saturday here.
After a slow start on Day One, Rohit Sharma and Cheteshwar Pujara took the team past the 50-run mark.
Rohit Sharma was removed by Kagiso Rabada after scoring 11 runs.
Cheteshwar Pujara is the key man for India now, batting at 26. He is accompanied by all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin who is batting at 11.
India had earlier lost their openers Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan on Day One for one and 16 respectively.
Skipper Virat Kohli was also dismissed for five when Morne Morkel's caught him out on his first ball of the match.
Earlier, batting first, South Africa were bundled out at 286 in their first innings.
