Another horrific moment: Armenian weightlifter now dislocates elbow at Rio Olympics

New Delhi:  Armenian weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan has to be rushed to hospital after he dislocated his elbow during the men's 77kg competition at the Rio Olympics.   The 20-year-old was in contention for a bronze medal when he attempted to lift 195kg in the clean and jerk. (Warning: Graphic video)   Mid-way during his attempt, his left elbow popped out forcing him to scream in pain. His coach and support staff was also seen in despair as the weightlifter paved way to Egypt's Mohamed Mahmoud who claimed bronze.   The shocking dislocation of his elbow was caught on camera and comes days after a 26-year-old French gymnast also snapped the lower part of his left leg landing horrifically from the vault in the men's qualifying last Saturday. (Warning: Graphic video below)
