Ingredients

  • 200 Gram Paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 Piece Onion (medium, finely chopped)
  • 1 Piece Tomato (medium, finely chopped)
  • 3 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Pinch Hing
  • 1 Tablespoon Ghee or Oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a pan and add in oil or ghee in it. Let it heat for sometime, and then add cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Step 2

Add chopped onions and let them saute until they're golden brown. Then add in green chillies and tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes soften.

Step 3

Add all the masalas like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for some more time and stir properly.

Step 5

Sprikle garam masala from the top and mix.

Step 6

Garnish the paneer bhurji with fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot chapati or paratha.
