- 2 Piece Potato (boiled, mashed)
- 0.5 Cup Peanuts (roasted)
- 1 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Oil
Cooking Instructions
Soaking: Wash sabudana properly and soak it for for 4-5 hours or overnight. Drain the excess water before using.
Prepare The Mixture: Take a larg bowl and comine potatoes, soaked sabudana, roasted peanuts, geen chilli, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix everything gently and properly.
Shape The Vadas: Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into small patties.
Heat Oil: Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the vadas in the oil.
Frying: Fry the vadas till they are golden brown and crispy. This will take about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve: Remove all the excess oil by patting the vadas with dry paper towels. Serve them hot with a chutney or yogurt.
