How Smriti Mandhana's Royal Challengers Bangalore Can Qualify For WPL Playoffs Despite 5-Match Losing Streak

RCB, in their recent WPL match on Monday (March 13), lost a last-over thriller against Delhi Capitals (DC) -- their 5th loss in a row in WPL 2023.

WPL 2023 is being played in a five-team format and RCB has a chance to still make it to the WPL playoffs if they manage to finish third in WPL Points Table.

RCB, to qualify for WPL playoffs, have to win all their remaining three matches in WPL, which are against UP Warriorz, Gujarat Giants, and Mumbai Indians on March 15, 18, and 21, respectively.

Apart from this, for RCB to make it to WPL playoffs, UP Warriors must lose all their remaining WPL matches.

For RCB to qualify for WPL Playoffs, Gujarat Giants must not win more than one game in their remaining WPL 2023 matches.

As per WPL 2023 five-team format, only three teams will qualify for WPL 2023 playoffs.

Team that finishes at top in WPL 2023 Points Table will directly make it to the WPL 2023 Finals. Teams that finish second and third will lock horns in WPL 2023 eliminator. The winner of this match will then play the summit clash against WPL table toppers.
