Chasing 194, New Zealand were reeling at 73/4 in 10th over when Chapman and Jimmy Neesham staged a solid fightback to achieve an unbeaten 121-run partnership in 9.3 overs to win the fifth and final T20.

Chapman notched up his career-best 104 off 57 balls (not out), while Neesham scored his 2nd highest T20 score of unbeaten 45 off 25 balls.

Chapman's blistering ton made him first visiting batter to score a century against Pakistan in T20I cricket.

Mark Chapman is now also the first-ever batter to score a ton while batting at No. 5 or lower position in a successful chase.

New Zealand bounced back after facing defeat from Pak in first two T20Is, making a great comeback to square 5-match series 2-2. The fourth match on Friday was washed out.

Chapman also was the star of PAK vs NZ T20 series. The star batter scored 290 runs in five games against Pakistan's lethal bowling attack.
