Pakistan on Monday witnessed a power outage due to a national grid failure. Nearly 220 million people were left without electricity in major cities, including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar.

Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir wrote on Twitter that the power restoration work has begun. In the latest development, it has been stated that all 1,112 grids have been restored within 24 hours.
