nternational Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 each year to highlight the importance of Yoga in rejuvenating our body, mind and soul. For thousands of years, our sages have given to the world in the form of yoga, the boon of healthy and happy life to millions of people and the means of union of body and mind. During his address, PM Modi launched the M-Yoga App. He said, "The world is going to get a gift of M-Yoga app. This Yoga app will be available in several languages and will also contain ancient practices of Yoga along with the basic rules.
