President of Gurudwara Shri Hemkunt Sahib Management Trust Sardar Narendrajit Singh Bindra earlier met with Chief Secretary Dr SS Sandhusaid and said Indian Army personnel will leave for Ghangharia to clear snow from the Yatra routes on April 20.
