The Elephant Whisperers' Couple Bomman, Belli Meet PM Modi At TN Elephant Camp — IN PICS

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday visited the Theppakadu elephant camp in Tamil Nadu's Mudumalai Tiger Reserve.

There he met elephant caregivers Bomman and Belli featured in the Oscar award-winning documentarty 'The Elephant Whisperers' and their elephants Bommi and Raghu.

PM Modi took to Twitter to share these moments with everyone while writing, What a delight to meet the wonderful Bomman and Belli, along with ommi and Raghu.

The Prime Minister spoke to Bomman and Belli and also featured in photos with them.

The Prime Ministers spent moments inspecting the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve where he was seen feeding elephants.

While tweeting about the visit, PM Modi wrote, With the majestic elephants at the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve.

PM Modi played with the elephants and shared a number of light-hearted moments with the animals and their caretakers.
