The second-longest and second-highest cable car in the world is the Gulmarg Gondola. It transports over 600 people every hour to and from the Apharwat Mountain in two phases. Raazma-Gogji (kidney beans with turnip), Sheer Chai (salted pink tea with almonds), Kehwah (sweet green tea with almonds and cardamom), and Sheekh Kabab (spicy ground lamb on skewers) are further dishes that nearly entirely characterise the cuisine of Gulmarg.
