During the present Lakme Fashion Week, star designer Tarun Tahiliani chose actor Sobhita Dhulipala as his show-stopper.

Sobhita closed the show for the designer when he presented his most recent collection this year.

The actor dressed in a fiery red ensemble from Tarun Tahilian's most latest spring/summer collection.

Sobhita's dress for the runway is embellished with delicate beading and sheer accents.

The gown has a draped criss-cross bodice, a plunging V-neckline that bares her décolletage, and large straps at the shoulders.

On the midriff and waist of the corseted dress are sheer panels and embellishments.

Sobhita added a few simple pieces of jewellery, such as matching rings, dangling earrings, and strappy high heels, to the outfit.

As for makeup, she chose bold red lip shade and subtle smoky eye shadow with winged eyeliner.

For the glamorous event, she wore her wet hair in a side-parted, sleeked-back style.
