WATCH: Man Hangs 710 Christmas Ornaments From His Beard, Creates Guinness World Record
"It really pulls on my beard. It’s painful to have all those hairs pulling at once. All those baubles add up to about five pounds," said Joel.
A man from the United States has created Guinness World Record for the most ornaments hanged from a beard. Joel Strasser of Kuna, Idaho, has attached the ornaments on his beard in such a way that it resembles a Christmas tree.
On December 2, 2022, Joel attached an impressive 710 wearable multi-coloured holiday ornaments to his beard, achieving the record title for the most beard baubles in a beard, according to Guinness World Records.
The serial record-breaker had sported a well ornamented beard for the first time in 2019 and also broke the record.
"December of 2019 was the first time I stuck an ornament in my beard and the first time I broke the record," said Joel, according to the Guinness World Records website.

"Ever since then I’ve re-broken my own record every Christmas as I’ve improved my beard bauble technique," Joel added.
Speaking further, the record holder said, "My technique has evolved and gotten a lot more specialised over the years that I've been breaking the record."
Joel also explained why his first beard bauble record numbers were so low.
"I stuck them in a lot more haphazardly at first and that's why those first beard bauble record numbers were so low. I found that if I take my time and really focus on the individual strands of beard hair and small groups of hair, I can manage to fit so many more in there," said the record holder.
The entire process took Joel close to 2 and a half hours, then another hour to remove them completely.
Decorating the beard and later removing the bubbles is a painful process.
“It really pulls on my beard. It’s painful to have all those hairs pulling at once. All those baubles add up to about five pounds,” said Joel.
“They have springs and hairs get stuck which makes it almost impossible to remove without pulling out a lot of hairs,” he added.
