Trouble mounts for Imran Khan ahead of Pakistan General elections after ex-wife’s sexual assault allegations

Reham is now being slammed by the PTI leaders after the release of her book’s manuscript. The leaders are calling her a part of “an agenda” in the wake of forthcoming elections.

New Delhi: Prime candidate for upcoming Pakistan general elections, and Chief of Pakistan Tahreek-e- Insaaf party  (PTI) Imran Khan, may face troubles in 2018 July polls, due to a book written by his estranged wife Reham Khan, where she has accused him of not being a faithful  man. The former wife Reham Khan states that Imran Khan kept his marriage hidden from his third wife. She also appealed to Pakistan Supreme Court Justice Saqib Nisar to consider suo moto notice for this matter. Reham Khan also stated that “Her-ex husband managed to keep his wedlock to Faith healer Bushra Meneka behind the curtains for two months and refused on being questioned hence, Article 62 and 63 of Pakistan Constitution are violated”. In a similar case earlier Nawaz Sharif was disqualified as Prime Minister after Panama Paper revelation. The launch of the book by Reham Khan is expected before the general elections. According to another report Reham Khan declared that she had been assaulted sexually by the members of PTI who had the intention to block the launch of her book.
