Former Afghan Communication Minister Spotted Working As Pizza Delivery Professional In Germany
He worked for 23 years in the field of communications with more than 20 companies, in 13 countries, including Saudi Arabia, for Aramco and the Saudi Telecom Company.
New Delhi: Pictures of the former communication & technology minister of Afghanistan have come to light. The former minister, Syed Ahmad Shah Sadat has taken refuge in Leipzig city of Germany, where Saddat has been working as a pizza delivery professional for the last two months.
He came to Germany in December 2020 after quitting his position as the minister due to differences with former President Ashraf Ghani. He had joined Ghani's cabinet in 2018.

Sadat holds two master's degrees in communications and electronic engineering from Oxford University. He worked for 23 years in the field of communications with more than 20 companies, in 13 countries, including Saudi Arabia, for Aramco and the Saudi Telecom Company. Despite this, he now works as a pizza delivery professional.
According to Sky News, started working as a food delivery professional for the German company Livrando after his money ran out.
Syed Ahmed Shah Sadat while talking to a news agency said that in the initial days I was not getting any work to live in this city because I do not know the German language. Right now I am working as a pizza deliverer just to learn German. Through this job, I am visiting different parts of the city and meeting people so that in the coming days I can improve myself and get another job.
As the Taliban was taking over Afghanistan, many ministers and VIPs fled the country including the former President Ashraf Ghani who left the day after as the Taliban took over Kabul.
Sadat told Sky News that he never expected the civilian government to fall so quickly.
