Amid the ongoing conflict with Russia, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appealed for anti-war coalition.

Zelenskyy voiced for effective international assistance and said there is a need to put Russia at the negotiating table.

The Ukraine President said that he discussed the same with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda.

“Appealed to the Bucharest Nine for defense aid, sanctions, pressure on the aggressor,” he added.

The Ukraine President also discussed the ongoing crisis with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

“We demand effective counteraction to the Russian Federation. Sanctions must be further strengthened,” he wrote on the micro-blogging platform.

The Russian military operation in Ukraine has not only been condemned by leaders across the world, but protests within the country is growing against President Vladimir Putin’s aggression.
