In its statement on Twitter, the Memphis Police said they had received a number of calls on Wednesday evening regarding a young black male suspect randomly firing at people while driving a blue or silver sedan.
The police issued an alert for the “ARMED AND DANGEROUS” 19-year-old. "Be on the lookout for a male Black ... who is responsible for multiple shootings. We are getting reports that he is recording his actions on Facebook. We do not have a specific location of where he is now," the Memphis Police Department tweeted.

The police urged citizens to stay indoors. "The suspect is still at large. If you do not have to be out, stay indoors until this is resolved," said the police. The police also released a picture of the teen along with a description of the vehicle that he is driving. While he was initially in a blue or silver sedan with the "rear window busted out", the police said that he is now in a grey SUV.
The Facebook Live stream clipping shows the man firing bullets out of the window as he rambles to his phone's front-facing camera while driving, reported the Mirror. In another unverified clipping, the same man can be seen exiting the car and walking into a supermarket, where he immediately shoots at a person walking down a shopping aisle, the report added.
The violence comes a day after officials charged Cleotha Abston with murdering and kidnapping Eliza Fletcher, a Memphis-area school teacher, whose disappearance shocked residents in the city.
