15 Hezbollah Fighters Killed In Israeli Strike, Israel Calls For Evacuation From Southern Lebanon
The Israeli military earlier today ordered the evacuation of villages and towns in southern Lebanon north of a United Nations-declared buffer zone.
The Israeli military on Thursday said it conducted an air strike that killed 15 Hezbollah fighters in Lebanon. Israel said that the air force struck Bint Jbeil municipality building in which Hezbollah terrorists were operating and where the militant group stored weapons stored in the building.
"The air force "precisely struck the Bint Jbeil municipality building in which Hezbollah terrorists were operating, alongside large quantities of Hezbollah weapons stored in the building. As part of the strike, approximately 15 Hezbollah terrorists were eliminated," said the statement," an Israeli military statement said.

Lebanon’s Health Ministry said that at least nine people were killed in an Israeli strike in central Beirut and added that it was running DNA tests on remains they have obtained to identify others. 14 others were wounded in the strike early Thursday.

The ministry, prior to the attack, said that 55 people have been killed and 156 others have been wounded in Israeli strikes over Lebanon on Wednesday.
The Israeli military earlier today ordered the evacuation of villages and towns in southern Lebanon north of a United Nations-declared buffer zone.
Israel said that eight of its soldiers have been killed in combat in southern Lebanon, its first losses since the start of the ground invasion against the armed group Hezbollah.
The warnings signalled a possible broadening of Israel’s incursion into southern Lebanon, which until now has been confined to areas close to the border.
The IDF also said that it killed three senior Palestinian leaders of the Hamas militant group, including the Head of the Hamas government in Gaza around three months ago.
It said that a strike on an underground compound in northern Gaza killed Rawhi Mushtaha and two other Hamas commanders, Sameh Siraj and Sameh Oudeh.
