New Delhi: Chandigarh captain Kashvee Gautam entered the history books by grabbing all the 10 wickets in a Women's Under-19 One-Day Trophy match against Arunachal Pradesh in Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday. The 16-year-old's spell read like 4.5- 1- 12 - 10.
Among her 10 dismissals 6 were LBW and 4 were clean bowled . Chandigarh batted first and scored 185 runs in their full quota of 50 overs. Kashvee scored 49 runs and later Arunachal were bundled out for just 27 runs inside 12 overs.
Kashvee said, "It is like a dream come true for me. Moreover I didn't have to take any help for the fielders for any of my dismissals. It feels amazing. I aspire to play for Indian women's team one day ."
