It is also seen that at the beginning, the man was not ready to go with the police. But, both police members coercively dragged the man to a safe place.

Other Incidents At 'Mantralaya' Building

Similarly, last year from the same building, a man allegedly jumped off from the second floor. This incident was captured in a video that went viral on social media.

In the viral clip, the man can be discovered crawling on the safety net with some papers in his hand. A police official can also be seen over the net making his way to rescue him. The safety net in the Mantralaya building is kept to cover the open space below as a precautionary measure to prevent any potential suicide attempts.
