Sidhu offers prayers at Kartarpur Sahib Gurudwara view-point ahead of the foundation laying ceremony

Sidhu on reaching Kartarpur Sahib’s view point; offered his prayers by seeing through a binocular like device and thanked both Indian and Pakistan government for their move.

New Delhi: Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu reached Kartarpur Sahib Gurudwara view point ahead of foundation laying ceremony on Monday and offered his prayers. Sidhu, who has been the limelight of the proceedings between India and Pakistan pertaining to nod on opening Kartarpur doors; thanked Indian government for their gift to the Sikh Community. Sidhu on reaching Kartarpur Sahib’s view point; offered his prayers by seeing through a binocular like device and thanked both Indian and Pakistan government for their move. “Though the entire matter has been delayed, but its better late than never. I thank the government with folded hands for their gift” Sidhu said. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu is set to lay the foundation stone of Kartarpur corridor on Monday. The ceremony will take place in Gurdaspur. A similar event will be organised in Pakistan on November 28; where Sidhu has been invited. The government however chose 2 of its Union Ministers for attending the event in Pakistan.
