SHOCKING Video: BJP MP Babul Supriyo threatens to break legs of a man in Kolkata

Babul Supriyo is a Member of Parliament and a singer by profession.

Kolkata: In a major embarrassment for Bharatiya Janta Party, Union Minister Babul Supriyo has been caught on tape threatening and lashing out at a person, while he was addressing a gathering in his parliamentary constituency Asansol in West Bengal, the video of which has gone viral. In the video, Babul Supriyo can be heard questioning the man if “What happened brother, do you have a problem? I can break one of your legs and then give you a wheel chair. Come and stand here on the side.” The leader didn’t stop there, he further asked his security men, “If next time this man moves from here, you may break one of his legs each and I would provide you with a lathi (stick)”. It is shocking to see such a statement coming from a leader, who is supposed to set precedents for others to follow. The incident came when Supriyo was distributing bicycles and other machines to disabled. Supriyo is yet to give any explanation on the incident, nor has any reaction has come from the party so far.
