Rajasthan: Man beaten to death by mob on suspicion of cow smuggling
Akbar Khan, a resident of Kolgaon in Haryana was taking two cows to their village through a forest area near Lalawandi village in Alwar district.
Jaipur: A 28-year-old man named Akbar was allegedly lynched by a group of people on suspicion that he was smuggling cows in Rajasthan's Alwar district on Friday.

The latest incident comes just a day after the issue of mob lynching topic was raised in Lok Sabha during the debate on no-confidence motion. PM Modi had condemned the latest incidents of mob lynching and urged all the state governments to take strict action against the culprits.
Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje said, “The incident of alleged lynching of a person transporting bovines in Alwar district is condemnable. Strictest possible action shall be taken against the perpetrators.”
The people had suspected Khan was smuggling cows. The police said allegation is yet to be verified. Khan was rushed to a government hospital in Ramgarh, where doctors declared him brought dead. The body has been kept at a mortuary in Alwar, the SHO said. A post mortem is expected to be conducted after Khan's family members reach the hospital.The incident of alleged lynching of a person transporting bovines in Alwar district is condemnable.
