Pulwama attack: 'India preps-up revenge tactics to seek retribution of CRPF martyrs'
India is also likely to take on Pakistan in the United Nations. This comes after the US on Friday asked Pakistan to freeze without delay the funds and other financial assets of the UNSC-designated terrorist networks and their leaders.
New Delhi: As the families of the CRPF martyrs who lost their lives in deadly Pulwama terror attack performed their last rites, India is prepping itself for a revenge against Pakistan, who have bred the Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists, which have claimed the responsibility of these attacks.
As per sources, India is likely to isolate the neighbouring country strategically and economically. The reports suggest that suspending the Indus Water Treaty will be one of the measures.
India is also likely to take on Pakistan in the United Nations. This comes after the US on Friday asked Pakistan to freeze without delay the funds and other financial assets of the UNSC-designated terrorist networks and their leaders.
It also said it fully supports actions to prevent the outlawed Jaish-e-Mohammed from conducting future attacks.
The government has however not taken any decision on freezing talks on the Kartarpur Corridor.
This comes after a massive terror attack claimed the lives of 40 CRPF troopers in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama on Thursday. The same also left several jawans severely injured, as the military van they were travelling in was reduced to rubbles, as suicide bomber carrying 300kg RDX rammed into it.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has however given freedom to the Army to decide the time and manner of taking a full-fledged revenge from Pakistan for the lives of Indian martyrs and for the grief it brought to their families.
