#PakStandsWithKejriwal trends in Pakistan after he ‘sought’ proof for surgical strikes

NEW DELHI: After Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for showing the will power to combat terrorism and urged him to expose “Pakistan’s false propaganda” about last week’s surgical strikes, he has been declared a ‘new hero’ by Pakistanis on twitter. Kejriwal on Monday "saluted" PM Modi for the surgical strikes by the Army on terror launch pads across the LoC . At the same time, he had urged the Centre to counter the smear campaign by Pakistan and international media. BJP alleged that Kejriwal had in the garb of his statement questioned the Army's assertion on surgical strike and insulted the armed forces. Claiming that Pakistan has gone "berserk" after the strike, Kejriwal had said, it is resorting to smear campaign against India at international fora and this has to be countered. Now, after his video message on surgical strkikes, Pakistanis on Twitter is hailing Kejriwal as a new hero for speaking the "truth".
