Odisha: Shocking apathy of ambulance driver, drops dead body of child patient on learning of his death

New Delhi: Odisha hasn’t learnt a lesson, even days after the shocking incident of man carrying his wife’s corpse was reported and made ripples. This time, Shocking apathy of ambulance driver has come to light from Malkgiri, where he dropped a child patient midway upon learning of his death. courtesy: ANI courtesy: ANI The child who was in a very critical state was being carried to the hospital in an ambulance. But, the boy succumbed to the illness on his way and died. That is when the driver of the ambulance set a new benchmark of insensitivity as he dropped down the dead body of the boy and drove away. In the moving pictures, it can be clearly seen how a father is carrying the dead body of his son in his arms where, his mother can be seen sobbing behind him. Earlier, similar incident was reported from Odisha where a man on being denied an ambulance carried the dead body of his wife for 10 kms, as his daughter wept and mourned her mother’s death.
