New Delhi: Former AAP MLA Kapil Mishra, who was suspended from Aam Aadmi Party on Monday is set to visit the Central Bureau of Investigation to file an FIR against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in regards to alleged 2 crore ‘corruption’ case.


Mishra on Tuesday morning briefed media and read a letter addressed to Kejriwal, "With a heavy heart I am going to file an FIR against you today". He added "I will tell everything to CBI today and my fight is against corruption, which I would fight alone".

Mishra also added saying, "Kejriwal has been my guru and I learnt how to fight corruption against him". He asserted that he has proof of all his claims and he would present the same in front of CBI".







Mishra was suspended from the party on Monday evening following PAC meeting after he levied serious allegations of corruption against AAP supremo.

Kejriwal who maintained silence on the matter throughout finally became vocal about the matter on his Twitter account and said, “Truth shall win”.

Kejriwal also mentioned that a special session of Delhi Assembly would take place on Tuesday. As per sources, Kejriwal is likely to break hi silence on the issue during the Delhi assembly session.

Speaking on the issue, social activist Anna Hazare; who stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Kejriwal during his initial days of fight against ‘corruption’ stood in favour of a proper investigation on the allegations against Delhi CM.

After much drama ahead of his meeting with ACB, Kapil Mishra on Monday evening said that he would give all information to CBI. The rebel leader also asserted that he does not plan to join Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) saying that his fight is against corruption.

The leader also claimed that he has been getting death threats ever put allegations on Arvind Kejriwal. The leader later demanded that all the files of Chief Minister must be made public.

Meanwhile Aam Aadmi Party termed bribery allegations against CM Arvind Kejriwal as a part of a "big conspiracy being hatched BJP through Kapil Mishra". Addressing the media, senior leader Sanjay Singh said “Mishra is speaking the language of BJP”.

AAP also made clear that there of no question of Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation.

"No question of Kejriwal's resignation. The entire party stands united in his support. Mishra's allegations are baseless," said AAP.
