Navjot Singh Sidhu On Imran: Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu has once again showed his love for Pakistan. Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu has described Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan as his brother, who took care of him. Imran Khan had also recently praised Navjot Singh Sidhu for showing support for the Kartarpur corridor.

Navjot Singh Sidhu spoke about his friendship with Imran Khan during his visit to Kartarpur Sahib. Navjot Singh Sidhu arrived at the check post of Kartarpur corridor at Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur on Saturday to visit Gurudwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur, Pakistan. Sidhu was accompanied by some of his close leaders. Sidhu has arrived at Gurudwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur to offer his prayers.

Congress State President Navjot Singh Sidhu was accompanied by Punjab Deputy Chief Minister OP Saini, Cabinet Ministers Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, Pargat Singh, Aruna Chaudhary, Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary, Executive President Sangat Singh Gilzian, Kuljit Zira and other MLAs on his visit to Kartarpur.
The Congress Party had send a list of 50 people to the Central Government. These people were divided into three groups for their visit to Kartarpur Sahib. Earlier, state chief minister Charanjeet Singh Channi along with two cabinet ministers Manpreet Badal and Vijay Inder Singla and some MLAs had gone to Kartarpur Sahib Gurudwara in Pakistan to offer their prayers.
It may be recalled that Pakistan's Imran Khan government had earlier praised cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu for his role in opening the corridor for Kartarpur Sahib, a Sikh pilgrimage site. The relationship between Imran Khan and Sidhu had made headlines in 2018, when Sidhu arrived to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The two leaders have always acknowledged their friendship with each other.
