Meeting Of BJP Chief Ministers To Be Held on July 24, JP Nadda To Chair Meet

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to take part in the meeting to be held on July 24.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold a meeting of its Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers on July 24 at the party headquarters in New Delhi, reported ABP News. BJP President J P Nadda and organisation minister B L Santosh will chair the meeting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to take part in the meet, ABP report added. However, the agenda of the meeting is not yet clear.

Meanwhile, a two-day meeting of the Samyukta Morcha national working committee is scheduled to be held in Bihar capital Patna on July 30-31 by the BJP, reported news agency ANI.

The meeting that includes all the seven morchas — Kisan Morcha, Mahila Morcha, SC Morcha, Yuva Morcha, ST Morcha, OBC Morcha and Minority Morcha, will be presided by BJP national president JP Nadda, the news agency sources said.

Party national general Secretary BL Santosh, presidents and general secretaries of all morchas will take part in the meeting in Patna.

The agenda of the meeting will be to focus on the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Discussions on how to create awareness about the work done by the Modi government in the last eight years will be high on agenda. Emphasis will also be given on strengthening the organisation and setting up a committee at the morcha level, reported ANI.

National office bearers of every morcha have been entrusted with the task of visiting one Assembly constituency each on July 28-29. Close to 200 Assembly constituencies are likely to be covered, according to ANI.
