Jan Aakrosh Rally: Rahul targets Modi for not taking up Doklam issue during China visit
The Jan Aakrosh Rally is being held in New Delhi's Ramlila Maidan attacking the ruling BJP government.
New Delhi: Top Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh, are holding a Jan Aakrosh rally against the BJP governemnt at Ramlila Maidan.
At the national-level "Jan Akrosh Rally" which comes ahead of the crucial Karnataka elections on May 12, is aimed at attacking the present government on "unfulfilled promises and divisive politics
Here is what Rahul said:
- Congress will show its power in 2019 elections, says Rahul Gandhi.

- Addressing his party's 'Jan Aakrosh' rally, Gandhi said the prime minister also did not speak on the case of judge BH Loya and agrarian distress.
- "Modi ji did not speak a single word on Doklam during his visit to China. What kind of prime minister is he," asked Gandhi at the rally held at Ramilia Maidan here.

- Rahul Gandhi is addressing Jan Akrosh Rally, his first public rally in the national capital since assuming the top party post, at the Ramlila Maidan.
- Before Rahul Gandhi, senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi had said that the BJP government duped the farmers of the country. She also said: "Whoever raises voice has to bear the brunt of Modi Govt's anger."
