J&K: Four dead, Six Injured In Landslide At Power Project Site In Kishtwar
A landslide in the Kishtwar area of the northern Indian union territory of Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday killed four people and six more injured, a police official stated.

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh told the media that the rescue crew dispatched to the accident site had also become trapped under the debris, implying that the scope of the landslide was far more perilous than previously thought.
“Spoke to DC Kishtwar, J&K on receiving report of a fatal landslide at the site of under-construction Ratle Power Project. JCB driver unfortunately died. Rescue team of about 6 persons, deputed to site after the incident, has also got trapped under the debris,” Singh tweeted.

Lieutenant governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha said he was “deeply anguished by the mishap at Drabshalla- Ratle hydroelectric project”.
He took to Twitter and wrote, “My thoughts are with those who have lost their loved ones. Prayers for early recovery of injured. Army,SDRF & police are carrying out rescue operations. Dist Admin directed to provide all necessary assistance.”
