'How many lies, Arvind?...be afraid of God': Letter from Kapil Mishra's mother
New Delhi: Sacked AAP Minister Kapil Mishra who is on hunger strike has tweeted a letter written by his mother to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
Annapurna Mishra, a former BJP leader, asked, “How many lies, Arvind? How many?... these lies won’t give you anything. Fear the God.”
"I never thought my son would ask you questions and you would evade them. Whenever I met you, you always talked about transparency in public life".
“Today my son is being accused by your closes aides that he is a BJP agent,” she added. Further she reminds Kejriwal of the days when he wanted Kapil to contest elections, "Remember you came to my house and said to me - I want to take Kapil in the party and make him contest the election but he is not listening. He only wanted to be part of a movement, but you came to me saying you need him." Feeling disheartened Annapoorna says, “Today your men are calling me corrupt as well and you’re silent over it. When AAP won 28 seats, my mohalla sabha video was showcased at constitutional club by you.” Hailing her son’s protest fast, she said, "You worked with Kapil but never understood him. He is very stubborn. He hasn't eaten anything for three days. As a mother, I request you to give him the small information he has asked for. He is not an agent of anybody but of the truth." Interestingly, Annapurna was the first mayor of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation after Delhi's civic body was trifurcated. Kapil is demanding the details of foreign trips undertaken by AAP leaders and has vowed to make revelations on Sunday.माँ का पत्र @ArvindKejriwal के लिए pic.twitter.com/NFcJEevNXG
