Heavy rains bring respite from heat; cause traffic snarl in Delhi-NCR

New Delhi: Heavy rains lashed the National Capital and the adjoining regions on Tuesday morning. The consistent rainfall, which began at late Monday night; led to water logging in various parts of the city. Though, it came as a relief for the people, who were battling high temperatures, as there was a good drip in temperature, making it pleasant for the people; But since everything comes with a price; heavy rains led to heavy water logging in various parts of the national capital; making it difficult for people to reach on time.

Water logging could also be seen in Gurugram; which lowered the pace of the vehicles heading towards their offices on Tuesday morning.
