Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi
Khattar and Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala held the first meeting of the state cabinet at Haryana Bhawan on Tuesday and decided that the special session of the state assembly, where newly-elected members will take oath, will be held from November 4.
New Delhi: Manohar Lal Khattar, who was sworn in as the chief minister of Haryana for the second consecutive term three days ago, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital on Wednesday. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar had earlier called on Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday.

The chief minister had said the cabinet would be expanded after the special session. The prime minister's official website posted pictures of the two leaders.
BJP forged the post-poll alliance with the JJP to form the government after the former fell short of six seats to cross the magic figure of 46. BJP has got 40 seats, while JJP secured 10 seats in the 90-member Haryana assembly. The Congress secured 31 seats. The rest went to independents and others.
