The BJP has also written that charges have been levelled against its party leaders for the incident, adding there are no substantial claims to prove the same.

Asserting that Mamata Banerjee was taken to 120 km away Kolkata’s SSKM Hospital in a car instead of an ambulance following the incident, the BJP in its letter pointed out that Nandigram too has a super-speciality hospital.

BJP further stated in its letter that questions now arise with regard to Mamata Banerjee’s injuries as the SSKM Hospital has till date not released her full health bulletin.
