West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, whose leg was injured in Nandigram on Wednesday, conducted a road show in the heart of Kolkata on Sunday. The 66-year-old rolling in her wheel chair said that she would not bow down to anything and will continue to campaign ahead of the Assembly elections despite her injuries.
Taking to her official Twitter account ahead of the rally, TMC supremo Mamata in a post said, "We will continue to fight boldly! I'm still in a lot of pain, but I feel the pain of my people even more. In this fight to protect our revered land, we have suffered a lot and will suffer more but we will NEVER bow down to COWARDICE!"

Mamata Banerjee sustained injuries on her left leg and waist as she fell on the ground after she was allegedly pushed by unknown miscreants while campaigning for the assembly elections in Nandigram.
The TMC supremo had on Wednesday filed her nomination to contest the ensuing assembly elections from the Nandigram seat where she is locked in a bitter contest against her one-time aide turned BJP rival Suvendu Adhikari.
