While PM Modi took sarcastic jibes at Congress and RJD over corruption, nepotism and backwardness of the state, Rahul Gandhi launched attacks at the NDA government over joblessness, China border tensions and demonetization.

In a direct attack at Prime Minister Modi from his poll rally in Hisua, Nawada , Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that the PM lied to the people of India when he said that there is no incursion by China on India’s territory, whereas the truth is something else. “I want to ask this to PM Modi, when are you going to drive away the Chinese army that has occupied India’s territory. PM Narendra Modi insulted soldiers when he said nobody intruded into Indian territory in Ladakh,” said Rahul.

Taking on the Centre over the contentious farm bills he said that the Modi has government has made 3 new Farm laws to attack farmers. “They first ended Mandis and MSP in Bihar, now they're doing it in the entire nation.  PM is going to make lakhs of people jobless,” said Rahul Gandhi.

“Don't lie to Biharis, Modi Ji. Did you give jobs to Biharis? Last elections, PM promised 2 crores jobs, no one got those. In public, he says he bows his head to Army, farmers, labourers  and traders. But once he reaches home, he only works for Ambani and Adani,” said Gandhi.

In the same rally, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav who is the chief ministerial candidate of the opposition, said "PM Modi and CM Nitish Kumar even took away the jobs of those employed and forced all mills to shut down.”
